This is our first time offering a 1/2 day intensive birth education course! Join us in person to get all the major highlights of our birth education course and learn how to have an empowered birth at the hospital. We will cover what it means to physically give birth, highlight comfort care measures, discuss postpartum and what to expect after baby. This will be a fast paced 4 hour class where we dive right in and explain everything to expect at the hospital for your birth experience. This course, we want you to walk away ready to rock you hospital experience so you can show up for an empowered birth experience..
