1 day class to get you and your partner ready for a empowered, positive hospital birth!

Birth is pretty important, but postpartu is forever! This class covers newborn basics AND mama’s recovery in 4th trimester. Come learn all so many of postpartum holistic tricks! Sometimes this class is offered individually and sometimes we package these classes together.

Breastfeeding is natural - but you need education and support to build your foundation! Come join us for this 3 hour class.

Planning on pumping? Whatever your reasons, come learn all our Lactation Educator tricks to make pumping be the best it can be and maximize your experience!

Join us for an Infant, Child and Adult CPR/AED training. Approximately 90 minutes. Includes water safety and choking. Lecture and hands-on skills. American Heart Association certification available upon request for the $25 additional fee.
Instructor Erica is a mom of 4 (ages 6, 9, 13 and 17), a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with a private practice in Long Beach, and an EMT. She has been teaching CPR/First Aid and First Responder classes for 17 years and is extremely passionate about instructing life-saving skills, especially after hearing countless testimonies from previous participants reporting the confidence gained and stories of using the skills learned to help save a loved one, friend, colleague and/or stranger.

*Our community consists of many types of families. Not every partner is a dad. Not every couple is married. We welcome mothers, fathers, partners, choice parents, single parents, and non-binary people. For single and choice parents, the pricing “per couple” remains the same. You are welcome to bring a support person to class if you’d like. Do what feels right!
**CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings are non-refundable. If plans change, we are happy to move you to a future group class (notified at least 7 days prior to class) or apply your balance to a private session or new mama support circles and workshops. Certain circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
