Figuring out breastfeeding is one of the biggest postpartum challenges we see our families struggle with. There is so much you can prepare for, but there is nothing like hands on support in the comfort of your own home to help you succeed with your breastfeeding journey.
Standard 1:1 in home visit
Baby already here? We got you! Let one of our Lactation Specialists come to your home to provide you with 1:1 care, support, and education once the baby is home.
Our session includes:
Hands on help with latching and feeding your baby
Recommendations on latch, positioning, feeding schedule and more regarding breastfeeding
Pump tips and tricks + more
These sessions are roughly 90 minutes long, you’ll get written suggestion and notes, and have a week follow up for email support during business hours.

Liquid Gold Support Package
This package is for those that want to successfully breastfeed and know they need a bottle in the mix. Whether it’s wanting a little freedom or returning to work, our specialist will work with you to establish a great latch, educate you on supply and bottles. This package includes 4 in-home sessions within the first month after birth and unlimited text support during business hours.

Home visit within the first week of being home from the hospital to support with latch, positioning, and any trouble shooting. Optional weighted feed to see how much baby is transferring.
Home visit to help with pumping and bottle introduction when the baby is 3-4 weeks old. We will go over flange sizing, pumping basics, milk storage, and paced bottle feeding.
Follow up at 6 weeks to check in with breastfeeding and bottle feeding. Parents can choose if they’d like a nursing session or bottle feeding observed. Optional weighted feed.
BONUS: PDF resources, text support during business hours for the first six weeks of baby birth.

Prenatal Visit around 38 weeks to try colostrum harvesting and review the very basics of breastfeeding. $150
to clean and sanitize pump parts and bottles if a support person is not available to do this before the second visit. 60 min $150
Holistic Breastfeeding Support
Elizabeth has created a one-of-a-kind package to educate and pamper our mamas - it’s everything she wanted when she was a new mama learning to breastfeed. This is a lactation specialist meets postpartum doula meets meal service delivery! You’ll get Elizabeth’s years of experience to answer any of your lactation/breastfeeding questions in addition to a selection of prepared meals brought to support lactation and healing.
