Join us for this gentle yoga class to help you connect with your body, your baby, and your breathe. This is an all level class, suitable for all trimesters and designed to help you prepare for birth and mamahood.

Please bring your own mat, and a water bottle.

What if I’ve never done yoga?

No problem - this class is designed to meet everyone where they are at and build. We will break down the sequences slowly and mindfully, making the yoga class accessible to everyone, in every trimester.

What if I know i’m late?

It happens! We are happy for you to show up up to 15 minutes later than class start time. If you’re later than that, you forfit your class spot. There will be no make-up available.

What if I know i’m GOING TO MISS?

We don’t offer refunds, but we can reschedule you! Once you book, you can change your class time up to 24 hours before the start of class.
