 Who is invited to join us?

  • Yes! We are looking for doulas who have completed a training program by a recognized professional organization.

  • We have families reaching out to us RIGHT NOW looking for doulas. We are ready to get started right away and need doulas who are ready too. You must have reliable transportation.

  • We take this work seriously and expect you to do the same. We have HIGH standards of professionalism.

    This means a great communicator, quick to respond, and respectful.

  • You will be running your own doula business! You’ll need to have a business licence, DBA, or LLC and hold liability insurance. These bits are important.

  • You are joining a family when you join the Looma Birth Collective. We are looking for those who want that. We will be conducting Background checks, calling references, and making sure you’re ready to be that team player we are looking for here.

Step 2: Participate in a face-to-face interview with Elizabeth.

Step 3: Get vetted. Give us a month to do our due-diligence and make sure this is the right fit all the way around.

Step 4:

Join the Collective! We have a simple contract and on-boarding process that gets you introduce to everyone, gets you into the mentoring rotation, and most importantly, matches to our amazing Looma Birth families.
