Join us for our customized Childbirth Education course. In these series we will cover what it means to physically give birth, teach and review comfort care measures, discuss postpartum and what to expect after baby. This course is designed for those planning a hospital birth, possibly natural, but regardless want to be mindful, educated, and empowered during their experience.

Course runs 4 Mondays of June from 6-8 PM PST on Zoom. Recordings will be available to those who miss the class only for the duration of the series.

Course is $200.
