Join Strong Mom Club for a 45 min workout, perfect for prenatal, postpartum and mamas with little ones! Babies + Bells workout incorporates strength training with light dumbbells to get your muscles firing and your body strong. Deep core work is mixed in with proper breathing cues to engage your pelvic floor throughout!
The goal for this class is to get you comfortable with strength training or back into it after baby. A strong mama is an empowered mama! This will be a safe space to workout and bring your baby with you - or come solo if you’d prefer.
