Join us for this offering of a 6-hour intensive birth education and comfort cares for birth course! We will split up our class in 2 mornings on Saturday and Sunday to create some space and time to process the information.

Join us in person to get all the major highlights of our birth education course and learn how to have an empowered birth at the hospital. We will cover what it means to physically give birth, review common medical interventions and what is the epidural - along with all the pros and cons that go with it.

This workshop is also great for the birthing person and their support person to learn and practice skills to support birth. This workshop is ideal for and birthing person who is interested in being present and empowered by their birth experience - whether you’re hoping to experience birth un-medicated, or you are interested in the epidural - this workshop will prepare you!

In this class we will mock labor, work through bodily discomforts, learn a variety of coping techniques and so much more! This class is a physical and mental prep for birth. It will build skills between you and your partner that will bring you closer together. Come learn so many doula secrets and techniques.

This will be a fast paced 6 hour class where we dive right in and explain everything to expect at the hospital for your birth experience. This course, we want you to walk away ready to rock you hospital experience so you can show up for an empowered birth experience..

Course is 6 hours long. Split up on Saturday (11/2) and Sunday (11/3) from 9-12pm.

Course is $325 per couple.
